What are the Benefits to Using Sockeye Homes Design Services? All too often customers come to us with plans they purchased (beware of the plans off the Internet!) or had a designer create. While the design for the home may fall within the customer’s overall budget, many times the site work costs (which vary greatly due to utility availability, topography, soil content, environmental issues such as wetlands, etc.) and jurisdictional (such as city specific) code requirements are not taken into consideration during the design process and often send the customer far over their initial budget thus requiring major changes to the design or additional funds not originally figured.
