It has been such a blessing to work with Tod and Kristin.

Let me start off by saying that this is the very first house me and my husband
Adrian have bought. I remember in the first couple of months that me and my
family had moved to Yelm, Washington. I was at a Ladies Bible study and was
talking about buying a new home and have it built for us, one of the first
responses that I got was, “Oh my, that is a very stressful process”.  

I can say that our experience with Tod and Kristin has been everything but
stressful. We absolutely fell in love with the Model home when we first saw it,
and Tod and Kristin have went above and beyond to make sure we are going
to be very comfortable and happy in our new home. They have gone out of
their way to make sure things would work out for us and have blessed us on
numerous occasions with their great generosity.

My husband is terminally ill and they have made sure his transition to the new
home would be as comfortable as possible by putting in a special shower that
would fit his needs. They also considered the needs of my children and their
ages and put a special deep tub in their bathroom.

The ease of working with Tod and Kristin and the lengths they have been
willing to go to for us has been tremendous and has made this experience one
that will be treasured for all the years to come that we will be in our new home.
