To All Concerned, Sockeye Homes has recently completed an addition to my home. Specifically, a room addition complete with bathroom. The finished product is absolutely grand. The workmanship is excellent. Customer service is beyond belief, and the workers are very conscientious, honest and trustworthy. Tod Sakai, owner, explained everything that was done, and always consulted with me on any changes necessary. He and his wife Kristin were so patient with me, and all my concerns and questions were answered promptly. I would and will recommend this company, without any reservations. If I decide to expand any other room, I would only hire this corporation. If you have any questions, or would like to see the addition, please feel free to call me. | It has been such a blessing to work with Tod and Kristin. When we first talked about buying a new home and have it built for us, one of the first responses that I got was, “Oh my, that is a very stressful process”. I can say that our experience with Tod and Kristin has been everything but stressful. We absolutely fell in love with the Model home when we first saw it, and Tod and Kristin have went above and beyond to make sure we are going to be very comfortable and happy in our new home. They have gone out of their way to make sure things would work out for us and have blessed us on numerous occasions with their great generosity. My husband is terminally ill and they have made sure his transition to the new home would be as comfortable as possible by putting in a special shower that would fit his needs. They also considered the needs of my children and their ages and put a special deep tub in their bathroom. The ease of working with Tod and Kristin and the lengths they have been willing to go to for us has been tremendous and has made this experience one that will be treasured for all the years to come that we will be in our new home. We appreciate your "Customer Satisfaction First" attitude. You have always shown sincerity and efficiency when dealing with issues of concern. Both of you, Tod and Kristin and your crew members - mainly Andy and John, have treated the customers like friends. This showed on many of the detailed work which might not be required but demonstrating experience and wonderful workmanship. Kristin's feminine and artistic touch is highly appreciated!! Tod is a visionary leader who can visualize "Before" & "After" situations and explain to customers. This is a great asset. Kristin's guidance on material selection was very valuable. Her quest for perfection is evident in seeking the right match for each installation.
